A civil engineer with 30 years of industry experience, Suresh has worked extensively in construction, business strategy and entrepreneurship development. His passion for mentoring and supporting emerging businesses led to the founding of PGPS and Spark TBI, creating a platform for startups and enterprises to grow.
Oviya P.S.
Co-Founder & Head
With an M.Sc. in Management from Warwick Business School, Oviya specializes in business incubation, venture capital and entrepreneurial development. Her research on the role of incubators in India's startup ecosystem has shaped PGPS's strategic initiatives, startup acceleration programs and investment portfolios.
